Meet Jodi, our sassy queen of badassery! She’s not your average spiritual girlie - in fact, she’s quite opposite, and will be the first to tell you that healing is way more than just breathing and positive affirmations. Jodi has been working in the wellness field for over 20 years, holding space for and training dozens of people on their healing journey. Being a lifelong healer and intuitive, it has been a very natural evolution for her to step into a holistic evolution. As a teenager, she discovered meditation and astrology, and has never looked back! Her innate curiosity and drive to understand the mysteries of the human existence has led her around the world in her travels, learning from many teachers and masters in her quest to bring herself and others into alignment. She has studied under several astrologists, three prominent Reiki Masters, an indian swami, two amazing meditation teachers, a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, several wonderful Massage Therapists and Healthcare providers, not to mention her ongoing self study, Her integrative approach merges the scientific and holistic approaches, providing you a more whole experience. Having been diagnosed with CPTSD from childhood and dealing with some ongoing health issues, Jodi knows and understands the struggles that come with pain in the body, mind, heart, and soul. This further motivates her to provide a safe environment for others to not just heal, but to thrive!

With a background in the corporate field and a passion for caregiving, Cathy has dedicated herself to providing compassionate, personalized support. With years of extensive travels that has deepened her appreciation for diverse cultures and informed her holistic approach to care. As part of the Birch Tree community, Cathy offers Ionic Detox foot Bath services, blending relaxation with well-being. Maintaining high standards has always been central to her holistic journey, ensuring that every service she provide meets both practical and personal needs. Her mission is to empower individuals to thrive in a nurturing and respectful environment.
