Registered Massage Therapy is the assessment and treatment of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints of the body, mostly by hands-­on manipulation, according to the college of massage therapists of ontario.

Our massage therapy treatments focus on a variety of ailments, such as injury, health conditions, headaches, general aches and pains, postural dysfunction, and even just pure relaxation. Preventative care is a strong priority for us. We are lucky enough to have an RMT (registered Massage Therapist) with 10 years of experience in the field. Her focus is always trauma-informed and client empowerment, helping you to feel good in your body and advocate for yourself on your healing journey.
